Bombing of Darwin 76th Anniversary Commemorative Service

At 0958hrs on the 19th February, 1942, 242 Japanese aircraft attacked the City of Darwin. This was the first and the largest single attack mounted by a foreign power on mainland Australia.
This year, the Salisbury RSL Sub Branch will be conducting a service to commemorate the 76th anniversary of this event at the Memorial site located on Orange Avenue, Salisbury, commencing at 9.45am.
